Processing Time
We prepare all our orders in the morning. We ship orders placed before 10 AM on the same business day. Orders placed after 10 AM can be part of the same day dispatch or will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery within the Netherlands
We are based in the Netherlands and within NL we use PostNL delivery. Depending on the time you order you should receive the parcel the next day or the day after. We normally send the items early in the afternoon. Delivery costs: €1.59 for first product, additional products €0.59. Free shipping available for orders over €40 in NL, €60 for rest of the world. If we don’t ship to your country at the moment send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery within Europe
We are based in the Netherlands and within Europe we use PostNL International Standard delivery.. The ordered items normally take 3 – 5 business day after dispatch to get to you. We send the items on the day you ordered or the next day depending on the time you ordered. Delivery costs: €1.59 first product, additional products €0.59. Free shipping available on orders over €60.
Delivery to the Rest of the World
We are based in the Netherlands and for any orders from the US, Canada and Australia we use PostNL International Standard delivery. The ordered items normally take 5-7 business day after dispatch to get to you. We send the items on the day you ordered or the next day depending on the time you ordered. Delivery costs: €3.99 first product, additional products €0.59. Free shipping available on orders over €60. At the checkout, you can see if we ship to your country.
